How to apply for TSC Leave Online

Teachers Service Commission has noted that teachers including interns are required to henceforth apply for leave using the online platform. 

It is to note that there will be no manual application for all types of leaves effective 1st December, 2021.

In case of any challenges, teachers are advised to consult the Commission‘s ICT field officers who will be available to assist. Those who have already applied manually and proceeded on leave will not be affected.

In this write up, I will take you through the detailed procedure on how to apply for leave in the system via www.tsc.go.ke

1.0  System Access and Login by Teachers

i.                 To access the system, Open any web browser(e.g Chrome,FireFox) and go to TSC Website www.tsc.go.ke  >> Online Services >> HRMIS >> Teachers and click Leave Tab

ii.                 Input your personal details i.e TSC No, ID Number and Phone Number then click on                     login button 

i.            iii.                 A six-digit authorization code will be sent to your mobile number

iv.                 Input the authorization code and click on the login button

v.                 Upon successful login, the system will be able to detect if                     you a re either a Primary or Post Primary teacher.

vi.                Click on the + button to submit your New SC Leave                             application 

vii.                Choose your preferred leave type and fill all the details then click on the okay button once you are done.

viii.                The leave applied will be displayed as shown in the screen below

viii.                Click on the attachment Button to attach a document for the leaves that require attachments 

viii.                Click on the attachment icon to attach your document 

ix.                When the window below is loaded, click on File attachment icon as shown to upload your document 

x.                Click on Browse to locate your document

xi.                Check the declaration box and Click OK.
